Aesthetic Chiller Acoustic Screens
Our team constructed a large, aesthetically pleasing, and acoustically sound screen to encase six chillers, thereby preventing noise from reaching nearby ward areas. With overall dimensions covering over 300m² of panel area, our team designed, supplied, and installed the acoustic screen. We assumed complete responsibility for the performance of the tested panels and the structural integrity of the design, ensuring seamless integration with the main structural framework.
The screen, meticulously painted on all metal surfaces, is not just a visual masterpiece. It also includes access doors at both ends for easy maintenance. In addition to the screen, our comprehensive package included extensive edge protection, safe walking platforms, and a full contract lift operation utilising a 350-tonne crane.
